General Information
Your rent includes your chosen apartment, furnishings, and access to communal areas, such as the roof terrace and the courtyard podium deck outside space.

The following are not included in your rent:

  • Council Tax to Slough Borough Council,
  • Thames Water for your water supply
  • Scottish Power for your electricity
  • WiFI

For all of the above, you will need to set up your own accounts in your own name to pay the bills. Limited parking spaces are available at an additional cost to the rent. Please check with our team for a full breakdown of exclusions and for any other questions you may have.

As an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) – our Standard Rental Agreement – is for twelve months, however you can end the tenancy after six months by giving two months’ notice.
Yes, a security deposit is required, usually equivalent to one month’s rent. This is returned at the end of your tenancy, provided there is no damage or unpaid rent. You also have the option to join the Flat Fair scheme which enables you to pay one week’s rent to access the scheme, instead of paying one month’s rent. This option is available through a third party which has its own eligibility requirements.
Apart from your initial deposit and first month’s rent, there are no additional fees for moving in. A final inspection will be completed when you move out, with no extra charges unless there are damages to the apartment. If you are not sure what damages can be, please check the Tenant Handbook.

Apartment Features and Amenities
We provide a range of smart accommodation with an emphasis on modern design, bright living spaces, and a welcoming environment. We offer furnished Studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments. All apartments have an open-plan layout with integrated modern kitchens and a range of quality white goods. There are fully fitted carpets in all bedrooms. You’ll find that, whatever size of accommodation you choose, every apartment has been completed to the very high standard you would expect for your home.
Yes, secure parking is available for an additional fee, but spaces are limited. There is also secure bicycle storage for all residents.
The building is equipped with 24/7 security, CCTV in common areas including lifts, and secure entry systems for residents. There is also an on-site concierge available to assist you during working hours, and you will have access to a professional property manager 24/7.
All residents have access to an outdoor roof terrace and landscaped courtyard podium deck. These areas are designed to enhance your lifestyle and to encourage community, by providing comfortable and relaxing shared spaces.
Viewing and Application Process

There are various documents including ID, proof of address and your right to reside in the UK. We will also ask you to provide three months of bank statements and payslips. We are unable to accept applications where a CCJ (County Court Judgement) is held. Our lettings team will guide you through the application process.
Yes. We will ask our referencing agency, LetRef, to carry out a number of checks. These will include previous landlord references, evidence of your income being a minimum of 2.5 times the annual rent for your chosen apartment, and your credit history.
Once you have been approved, you can usually move in within a few days if the apartment is vacant. Please speak to our team and they will be happy to confirm your timings.
Location and Lifestyle
The building is close to public transport. This includes buses and trains (the Elizabeth Line and GWR Mainline).
Yes, the area has several reputable schools, clinics, and hospitals. Central Slough has a Tesco superstore just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as a range and diversity of independent grocers and retailers. Windsor is the next stop by rail, not far by bus and offers an excellent choice of shopping. You can even cycle to the centre within fifteen minutes.
The building is designed very much with sustainability in mind. This is important to us. Every apartment is rated EPC A or B, and features energy-efficient appliances, waste recycling bins, and air source heat pumps for hot water. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint and create an eco-friendly, efficient and cost-effective living environment for our resident community.
